• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us of any unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
• Harass or abuse other players
• Attempt to access restricted systems or data
• Distribute game content without permission

6. Virtual Items & Purchases

Our games may include virtual items and in-app purchases:

• Virtual items have no real-world value
• Purchases are processed through App Store / Google Play
• Refunds are subject to platform policies
• We reserve the right to modify virtual economies

7. Intellectual Property

All game content, including graphics, code, and designs, is owned by Cosmic Drift Game Studio or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our games for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Multiplayer services depend on server availability and may experience downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms. You may stop using our services at any time. Upon termination, your license to use our games ends.

11. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

For in-app purchases of digital content, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. However, you agree that:

• Digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase
• By making a purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery
• You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is delivered

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Leipzig, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

13. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through our games or website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
